About DR3 Tech Group

Hi, I’m Don. I’m the developer you’ll work with.

I’m Donald O’Brien-Russell, a WordPress and Shopify developer based in New Rochelle, New York. For 10+ years I’ve been building and repairing WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify sites for small businesses, agencies, nonprofits, and online stores. DR3 Tech Group is how I work with clients directly, without sales layers or project handoffs.

Why clients hire me

Website broken, slow, or stuck halfway through a build? I’m the developer clients call when they need it fixed properly the first time.

A lot of my work is picking up where another developer left off and fixing what didn’t work. Clients often come to me after a project stalled, a site broke after an update, or nobody could explain how the system was put together.

Most of my clients come back, and some have kept me on for years, including agencies that use me as the developer behind their own clients’ sites.

How I work

Clear scope first. Then the work.

Quick fixes are usually billed hourly, and clearly scoped projects can be fixed price. Small fixes start at $200, and a one-hour fix is often how a long-term working relationship starts.

Send me your site link and a few lines about what’s going on. I’ll take a look and tell you how I’d handle it.
